About Grace Professional Cleaning Services
Are you looking to contract out your organisation's cleaning or change providers? Perhaps we can help you with that. Here's some information to help you decide whether we're the right cleaning company for you, with you having a choice of so many firms in the West Yorkshire area.
Firstly though, can we say thank you for your interest in Grace Cleaning.
What cleaning services do you offer?
General commercial cleaning (offices, communal areas, halls, kitchens, cafés/restaurants etc).
Pre and end of tenancy cleaning.
Speciality cleaning (carpets, floors and computers).
Can you tailor/combine services for our situation?
Yes - should you contract us we will work with you to design a custom cleaning plan based on what you want.
How old is the company?
We were founded in 2006.
What is the standard of your cleaning like? What would you clean?
Quite simply, everything that needs cleaning. We want you to be completely happy with the condition we leave your facility/home in. We perform a one-off deep clean before starting any new regular contract (which we do have to charge extra for as it can take us four times as long as a regular clean) to get things up to our standard and then perform a thorough clean each week/fortnight for you.
What if I'm not happy with something?
We put a clause in all contracts stating that you have the right to complain to us within 24 hours of us completing a job, and if you do we will come back out and put right what you're unsatisfied with.
How do I know if it's safe to let you in? What if cash/valuables are left out?
The best that we can do to answer this question is to point to our track record and let you know that we are all DBS checked.
And what if you damage something in our office/home etc.?
We all hope this will never happen but should it do we carry £5 million of public liability insurance.
Do you provide equipment and chemicals?
Yes we do and we only use good quality stuff!
We also get our equipment PAT (portable appliance testing) tested each year to ensure it's all in safe condition.
Are you uniformed?
Yes we are.
It says here that you can clean from 5am in the morning.
Yes we can on weekdays; we are very flexible with when we can clean for you. The only day we don't clean on is Sunday.
What if we won't be in at the time we'd like our cleaning doing?
If you trust us, we offer a key holding service (which is also insured should the worst happen) so we can arrive at times like 5am!
How much would it cost for?
To give an accurate quote we would need to come and view your the area you want cleaned first. This would obviously be free and there would be no obligation to accept it.
